Food - Reasonably good.

Located on Quintrell Downs roundabout. This place is ideally situated for the campsites, which cluster around Newquay. Although it’s a 200 year old coaching inn, it looks more like 1985ish. Obviously ‘done up’ and extended recently. However, it serves good beer and the food is better than average. There are 3 large bar areas, one is more for families. Pool room, play area for children and a large car park. There is a ghost, but I think it is of pubs ‘gone bye’. Stu 7/10 April 2001
